The following commands are useful when checking/establishing the state of a Nokia VRRP cluster. 

fw tab -t connections -s
fw ctl pstat
cphaprob -i list
cphaprob -a if
cphaprob state
tcpdump -e -vv -i eth2c0 (sync interface)
