Practical configuration and operational reference for Install Windows without a Microsoft account.
During installation, when prompted to create online account, press Shift + F10 and type:
OOBE\BYPASSNRO
Wait for reboot, disconnect the cable, or ipconfig /release
Now click on 'I dont have Internet' or 'Skip for now'
