Hard Reset to PA44/PA88 Devices - this resets the motherboard only (NOT the IP Card):

  1. With the power on and using a paper clip, press in the reset switch located on the front panel of the device for 12 seconds.
  2. Release the switch and let the device initialise.
  3. Power cycle the device

Hard Reset to PA100/PA200 Devices - this resets the motherboard and IP card:

  1. With the power on and using a paper clip, press in the reset switch located on the front panel of the device.
  2. The ALM LED on the front panel will go on.
  3. Keep it press in until the ALM LED goes off.
  4. Release the reset switch.
  5. Device is now rebooting (ALM and SEC LEDs are on).
  6. When the device is finished rebooting the DTM LED and Power LED will be the only LEDS on and there will be no activity on the TXM and RXM LEDS.
