Hard Reset to PA44/PA88 Devices - this resets the motherboard only (NOT the IP Card):
- With the power on and using a paper clip, press in the reset switch located on the front panel of the device for 12 seconds.
- Release the switch and let the device initialise.
- Power cycle the device.
Hard Reset to PA100/PA200 Devices - this resets the motherboard and IP card:
- With the power on and using a paper clip, press in the reset switch located on the front panel of the device.
- The ALM LED on the front panel will go on.
- Keep it press in until the ALM LED goes off.
- Release the reset switch.
- Device is now rebooting (ALM and SEC LEDs are on).
- When the device is finished rebooting the DTM LED and Power LED will be the only LEDS on and there will be no activity on the TXM and RXM LEDS.
