Interface link status logging on Cisco 6500 platform

logging on
logging buffered 65536 warnings -- Sets the sysog level to log at to the buffer (warnings and above)
logging trap warnings -- Sets the sysog level to log at to the syslog server (warnings and above)
logging facility local6 -- Sets the syslog facility to use
logging <log host> -- Sets the syslog server IP
The following only applies to a 6500 - 3750s it is on by default:
logging event link-status default -- Turns on link up/down on 6500 platforms
